Hung-Fu Tsai 蔡宏輔 (b. 1999, Taipei) is a visual artist and maker who lives and works in Amsterdam.

Tsai’s practice encompasses installation, sculpture, wearable objects, and leather goods. His work explores relationships between objects and people, with a particular interest in the fluidity and intertwining of agency, memory, identity, microhistory, functional objects, and craft practices. Grounded in handcraft and making, Tsai focuses on the language and essence of materials, moving between metal, leather, drawing, and found objects, combining traditional techniques with personal narratives to convey stories, preserve memories, and inherit craft traditions
